Legal Service Providers
Staff Attorneys for The Legal Aid Society of Rochester, MCLAC, Empire Justice Center and VLSP who are members in good standing of the Monroe County Bar Association are eligible for a 50% discount at the regular MCBA Member rate for most CLE programs. If you have any questions, call (585) 546-1817 or e-mail the MCBA.

Refund Policy
Your registration fee will be fully refunded if you call the Bar Association, 546-1817, within two business days of the date of the program for which you are registered -- unless otherwise indicated on that program registration form. If you do not cancel and do not attend the program, you can schedule time to view the recorded program (barring any technical difficulties). Veteran attorneys, not new admittees, can earn credit by doing so.

Special Needs
Please contact Louise Spinelli for any specific "special needs" requests.
