The Court's recently updated website for Divorce Resources (including the documents for "uncontested matrimonials") is http://www.nycourts.gov/divorce/forms.shtml.
Mark Annunziata is co-chair of the "Collaboration" subcommittee of 7th JD Administrative Judge's Planning Task Force. This committee, together with the Center for Court Innovation, developed a Survey to help find collaboration opportunities with community partners which might in turn facilitate compliance with Family Court Orders (supervised visitation and child support having been identified as two major areas where lack of compliance "bogs down" the court). Attached is the cover memo from Judge Doran and the following live link is to the survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/W5N2XFW
The Court would appreciate your completing the survey by December 23.
