Its focus is to offer assistance to those impaired by alcohol, substance dependency, and/ or depression. Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers can help discretely and confidentially.The Committee assists attorneys and/or family members and colleagues affected by these diseases, referring those in need to competent professional help and self-help support groups. Help can be accessed 24 hour/7 days a week through any member known to the community or its hotline at (585) 234-1950. The hotline is confidential. All communication with the Committee is privileged pursuant to the Judiciary Law.
