MCBA Program Coordinator
Program Coordinator is responsible for the following: - Drafting the CLE flyers; posting to the website
- Managing program details with the manager in terms of room logistics; ordering of food; CLE room set-up; materials and registration management.
- Preparing all aspects of the videotaping and DVD management for release to Thomson Reuters
- Managing all attorney video viewing appointments
- Summarizing all program evaluations
- Working w/Program Manager on targeted marketing efforts for select CLEs
- Manages training sessions in the D4Technology Center
- Manages all aspects of MCBA facility management of all conferences rooms and the CLE room for partners in the building as well as from outside
- Shares responsibility for some committees and sections meetings, as well as any special events.
- Provides some support to the Rochester Legal Diversity Clerkship Program
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
Strong computer skills; some advanced technology skills a plus; strong writing skills; and a commitment to hard work, and assuming responsibility for their own work, is what we are looking for in the right candidate.
