The Section encompasses members from the defense bar, District Attorney and Public Defender offices, judges from the Criminal Courts of Monroe County and members interested in criminal justice issues. The Section seeks to educate attorneys on criminal justice issues, review legislation of interest to members of the Section and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees, and to interact with agencies who have an impact on the practice of members of the Section.
