Scholarship

To apply for a partial discount or complete fee waiver, please e-mail Louise Spinelli with the name and date of the program(s) for which you are applying for hardship at least one week prior to the program date along with a brief description of your income limitations, and/or the nature of your financial need.

Refund Policy

Your registration fee will be fully refunded if you call the Bar Association (585-546-1817) and give 48 hours notice before the date of the program for which you are registered -- unless otherwise indicated on that program registration form. If you do not cancel and do not attend the program, you can schedule time to view the recorded program (barring any technical difficulties). Veteran attorneys, not new admittees, can earn credit by doing so.

Legal Service Providers

Staff Attorneys for The Legal Aid Society of Rochester, MCLAC, Empire Justice Center, VLSP and who are members in good standing of the Monroe County Bar Association are eligible for a 50% discount at the regular MCBA Member rate for most CLE programs.
